Hosting & Downtime
We utilize trusted third-party hosting providers including but not limited to GoDaddy, Bluehost, AWS, and DigitalOcean to ensure reliable service delivery.
While we strive for maximum uptime, occasional downtime may occur due to:
- Server maintenance and updates
- Third-party provider issues
- Network connectivity problems
- Cyber attacks or security threats
Downtime caused by third-party providers is beyond our direct control and not subject to compensation.
Refund & Return Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Technical failure caused by Grow Shadow within 5 days of delivery
- Services not delivered as specified in the agreement
- Major bugs preventing core functionality
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind or project cancellation
- After project completion and delivery
- Third-party service failures
- Issues caused by client modifications
- Delays caused by client feedback or assets
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery.
